Hi, I'm Annie
"I'm building this prompt shop because I'm living through perimenopause myself, and I see exactly what happens when you're too buried in admin to help women like me."
My why is simple: I'm figuring this out for myself anyway, so why not help other women while I do it?
But it goes deeper.
My real aim is to help women navigate perimenopause and menopause now, or who will be in the future. I want women to feel heard. I want them to know they can get help if they need it.
Lack of education is a huge part of why some women don't understand things that could help them during this transition. Women deserve better than silence and confusion around something that affects half the population.
I lived through years where my body shifted and nobody handed me a clear map for perimenopause. I had to figure things out myself while juggling life, work, being a parent and everything else. I saw how confusing, lonely, and brushed-off women can feel in this stage. I felt the weight of being dismissed, ignored, or left to "just cope." I know the relief that comes when information is clear and someone finally listens.
Then I noticed something.
The coaches who are meant to help women like me? They're drowning.
I kept seeing you stuck at your laptop late at night, writing posts and client emails from scratch. Brilliant practitioners buried in admin when they should be coaching. You tried AI once, got generic robot-text back, and gave up.
You have the expertise. You don't have the time. You're stuck writing the same explanations over and over.
That's why I built this.
So you can get back to coaching. And more women can get the support they need.
I saw two problems colliding.
Coaches lose 5-10 hours a week to content and admin.
Women like me struggle through perimenopause without adequate support.
I realized something: if I help you get your time back, you have more capacity to educate and support women who need you.
More time for coaching means more women get heard. More women get clear information. More women get the support I wish I'd had.
When I solve your problem, I'm helping solve my own. And I'm helping every woman who comes after me.
Who I am and why it matters
I'm a Gen X'er of Scandinavian origin, living in the UK, navigating perimenopause in real time.
This is personal. I'm solving my own problem while helping my past self and every woman who comes after me.
I'm a conversion-focused web designer and developer.
"I think in clear structure: problem, solution, next step. That same thinking makes these prompt packs feel simple to use."
I'm not a coach myself, but I've worked with coaches as a web designer and I understand your business because I've helped build the infrastructure that runs it. I'm a few steps ahead with AI. Not because I'm a tech wizard. Because I refused to give up when it didn't work the first time.
Most people try AI, get mediocre outputs and quit. I kept pushing. I learned what makes AI give you quality outputs. I figured out how to structure prompts for menopause-specific scenarios.
Now I'm packaging what I learned so you don't have to figure this out yourself.
What I am up to next
This prompt shop is just the beginning.
I bit the AI bug and have been learning and applying AI to web design, automations, and now apps. I have a few things cooking on that front that may be:
AI automations that handle repetitive tasks
Apps that help women track symptoms, understand patterns and get personalized guidance
The goal is a complete rethinking of how technology can support women through perimenopause and menopause.
So if you're here...
If you're drowning in content and communication, you're in the right place.
I built these prompts to give you your time back so you can spend it where it matters:
actually helping your clients.
